Domaine du Puits Faucon, bouilleur de Cru te Burie (borderies)
Although Daniel Bouillard’s family already settled here in 1865, only the fourth generation began growing wine and producing cognacs. Daniel started to work with his father in 1984, who then owned 6 hectares of vineyard. He currently owns 33 hectares, 29 of which are planted with wines for making cognac. They distill themselves and have two alembics.
Range (borderies): VS, VSOP and XO. (the XO won the medaille d’Or in 2014 at the Concours Général Agricole)
