Logis de la Montagne, brand of Bonnin, bouilleur de Cru in Challignac (fins bois)

[Not to be confused with Thierry Bonnin in Saint-Simeux, nor with Jean-Claude Bonnin in Nantille]

Bonnin Père & Fils has been producing cognac for five generations. Xavier, Michel and Mirielle run the company. In addition to the Logis de la Montagne brand, they also carry the Chateau de la Montagne, Valcoeur and Domaine de Fontauger brands. Part of their cognac production is sold to the Vicomte Stephane de Castelbajac label, a Heidelberg based company.
They own about 30 hectares of land in a highly sought after area in the fins bois district.

He adds boisé to his young cognacs.
