Paul-Marie & Fils, brand owned by Nicolas Palazzi.

In 2008 Nicolas Palazzi starts his company which he calls PM Spirits, after his father: Paul-Marie. To make his cognacs, he initially seeks collaboration with Paul Beau and Guillon-Painturaud.
Cognac was his first passion, but he expanded his business with other drinks such as Rum, Calvados, Armagnac, Grappa, Tequila etc.
He has also diversified in terms of cognac. He now sells several existing brands of bouileurs de Cru through his website: Drouet, Navarre, Paul Beau, Guillon-Painturaud, Bourgoin, Gourry de Chadeville.

Ook wat cognac betreft heeft hij gediversifieerd. Via zijn website verkoopt hij nu ook meerdere bestaande merken van bouileurs de cru: Drouet, Navarre, Paul Beau, Guillon-Painturaud, Bourgoin, Gourry de Chadeville.

He mainly sells in the United States.
