Pinard, bouilleur de Cru in La Brée les Bains on the Île d’Oléron (bois ordinaires)

[Not to be confused with Guy Pinard in Foussignac, fins bois.]

The Pinard family has been producing wine and cognac since 1889. Maxime is of the fourth generation and has 90 hectares of land on the island, which is counted among the bois ordinaires.
They distil it themselves.

Isabelle and Maxime are also happy to welcome you in their gîte and have recently started a hotel-restaurant 2 km away, in the village of La-Brée-les-Baines itself. It is now the Maxime Pinard Group.
