Les Vignerons d’Oléron, cooperative on the Île d’Oléron.

Creation date: 2015

This cooperative was created in 1924. In 1994, the island’s five then-existing cooperatives merged to form La Cave des Vignerons d’Oléron. Not so long ago there were more than 50 vignerons affiliated, currently there are about 35. With a combined some 330 hectares of vineyards, they are responsible for about half of the island’s wine production. They have their shop on the island’s capital: Saint Pierre d’Oléron.
Manager is Bruno Delage.

In the past, they were also called: Sté Cooperative Agricole Cave-Distillerie de Bonnemie; and Viti Oléron.
