Patrick Raffin, bouilleur de Cru in Fontcouverte (fins bois)

Patrick Raffin’s grandfather also cultivated wine, but his father Guy really applied himself to viticulture. He sold his entire harvest to the big houses. In 1989, Patrick started his own 15-hectare vineyard in the fins bois and began to sell his own production. Today he has almost 20 hectares.
He does not have his own alembic.

Range (fins bois): VSOP, Vieille Réserve.
