Les Ormeaux, bouilleur de Cru in Pons

Michel has retired. Today, Laurent and Dorothée Raine represent the fifth generation of winemakers and the sixth generation is on the way. They own 48 hectares of wine and 70 hectares of grain. From 2002, they also started bottling and selling their own cognac.
Their address is right on the border of the bons bois and fins bois, but nowhere on their own site do they mention which district they belong to. That would suggest that they belong to the bons bois, but I have seen bottles of petite champagne. So they must have their vineyards scattered across several regions.

Range: VS, VSOP, XO.

The family also rents out a 6-person gite and has a small museum on viticulture.
