M&I Spirits, bouilleur de Cru in Salles-d’Angles

The Tricoire family has been growing grapes alongside other crops for five generations now. They have 77 hectare for wine and 90 hectares for cereals and sunflowers. When Mathieu had to take over the business in 2021 after the unexpected death of his father, his partner Isabelle Menager joined him. For some years, the temptation to start his own brand had been beckoning and Isabelle took on this task. They have named their new brand M&I Spirits, the ‘M’ of Mathieu and the ‘I’ of Isabel.

They are also in possession of a stills.

Gamma (grande champagne): VS, VSOP, XO and Extra.
VS is a fine young cognac, which you can very well drink as is.
