Mauxion Selection, cognacproducer and merchant in Houlette

The Mauxion family has lived in Houlette since the 16th century, where Antoine Mauxion first started producing cognac in 1743. They produce mainly for the big brands.
When Thibault Mauxion joined the company, they started marketing cognac under their own name. He buys up old barrels from cognac producers who have never produced cognac under their own name, lets them continue to age until they are good enough to be bottled. They are bottled on cask strengt and are therefore all single casks as well. Thibault finds it important to be able to tell the producer’s story as well.

So the range of cognacs changes frequently. They are cognacs from every Cru, always single cask and cask strenght.
