Martinaud, bouilleur de Cru in Chantillac (bons bois)
The Martinaud family has been growing wine for eight generations, starting in 1847. Michel, Veronique and their son Pierre-Alain own 12 hectares (update: now 30 hectares) of vineyard, mostly in the bons bois, for a small part in the petite champagne. They distill their own products.
They took on a new name recently: Distillerie Martinaud.
Range (bons bois): Sélection, VSOP, Napoléon, XO Supreme, XO Héritage.
