Patrick Mallinger, bouilleur de Cru in Moulidars (fins bois)

At the beginning of the twentieth century, Patrick’s grandfather, Emilien Ordonnaud, started the company. His daughter married Jean Mallinger, Patrick’s father. Patrick took over the company in 1971 and started direct sales in the 1970s.
They own 20 hectares of fins bois territory and distill everything themselves.

A guided tour of the vineyards lasting several hours is possible for groups.
