Lavoissière, bouilleur de Cru in Chaniers (fins bois)

Liliane and Jean-Marie Lavoissière started with 6 hectares that were taken over from Jean-Marie’s parents. In 1992 an additional 10 hectares was bought. From 2005 they also sell to private individuals.
Update 2021: Cyril is currently the owner (4th generation) and they currently have about 20 hectares.
They have a contract with one of the major cognac companies.

As far as is known, they do not distil themselves.
