Jean-Bruno Gay, bouilleur de Cru in Salles d’Angles (grande champagne)

[Not to be confused with Jean-Claude Gay in Sainte Lheurine, petite champagne.]

Jean-Bruno Gay comes from a family of winegrowers and started his business in Salles d’Angles in 1982. Only in 1999 did he produce his first cognac. He has 10 hectares of grande champagne vineyard. He does not distil himself.

Range (grande champagne): Réserve, VSOP, XO.
