Domaine des Bessons, bouilleur de Cru in Migron (fins bois)
In 1850, the Tesseron family started in the cognac-making business. Father Jean-Philippe Tesseron, whose name appears on the labels, made cognacs from grande champagne, fins bois and borderies. They own 17 hectares of vineyard, but I cannot say for sure that they also have vineyards in all three cru.
Jean-Luc Tesseron manages the vineyard. Patrick Tesseron has mainly been busy rigging up his ecomusée du cognac, which is worthwhile.
Gamma: unknown, but they have old bottled stocks.
