Croisard, bouilleur de Cru in Roullet Saint Estephe (fins bois)

The Croisard family lives on the 16th century Logis de Fontfroide, sometimes called Chateau de Fontfroide: Jean and Patricia and their two sons Pierre and Guillaume, the former of whom works in the company. The estate was bought in 1938 by their maternal grandfather, Maurice Pouplier, to enjoy his retirement.
The vineyards are located partly in the petite champagne and partly in the fins bois. As far as we know, however, they only make Fins bois cognacs.
They also have a ‘distillerie coopérative’.
