Courtin, bouilleur de Cru in Saint Preuil (grande champagne)

This little-known bouilleur de cru owns 40 hectares of vineyard in the grande champagne area. They distil their own harvest, but wine and cognac are certainly not their only source of income. They cultivate saffron and operate a gîte. The owners are Noël and Florence Courtin. They have two sons working with them: Sebastien and Maxime. They are the 9th generation.
