Denis Charpentier started wine trading in 1984. For this end he founded the Denis Charpentier Group. Later on he also targeted other liquors and in 1994 for instance he started with cognac. Today his product portfolio consists of wine, cognac, brandy, champagne, whisky and gin.

His cognacs are for the most part grande champagnes or fine champagnes.

The range: VS Special Edition (blend), VSOP (blend), Napoléon (fine champagne), XO (grande champagne), Extra (grande champagne), Baron Denis XO (fine champagne).
