Le Champ des Vignes, bouilleur de Cru in Chenac-Saint-Seurin-d’Uzet (bons bois)
The Mossion family has owned farmland in their municipality for six generations, but only started viniculture in the early 1990s. The first boiler of 12 HL was installed in 1993 by Serge Mossion. He had 30 hectares of vineyard in the bons bois region. From the 2000s, they also started bottling.
In 2014, Florian Mossion took over the company. The vineyard was expanded to 38 hectares and the 12HL distillery boiler was replaced by one of 25HL. The logo has also been updated.
