Lisca Begay, bouilleur de Cru in Biron (petite champagne)

The Begay family settled around 1800 as a winegrower based in Biron. They now have 50 hectares in the petite champagne area. For a while they have made cognacs under the name of Begay-Mont, Mont being the name of Lisca’s husband. Before that the name L’Étoile du Vigneron was in use by the parents of Lisca Begey.
