Légier, bouilleur de Cru in Criteuil la Magdeleine (grande champagne)

Marie Légier is the fourth generation of winegrowers at Logis de la Barbe. Her grandfather started making cognacs. Her father Bernard started private sales under the Logis de la Barbe label.
They only have Ugni blanc grapes planted.

He also invented Alizé in the early 1980s, which he marketed together with Lafragette (L&L). They produced some cognac too, but only a very short period of time: Alizé cognac and L&L cognac.
