His great-grandfather was already a winegrower, but as usual on the island, he had several professions: hairdresser, gardener and landscaper. Pascal owns 36 hectares and has also leased 5 hectares. Pascal continued the business of his father André. He has his own alembic.
He is known for his good wine on the island and especially for his good pineau. However, he also makes cognacs.
