Domaine du Grand Lopin, bouilleur de Cru in Saint Mandé sur Brédoire (bons bois)

Martine and William Gaillou represent the fifth generation of wine growers on Le Grand Lopin (the big piece of land). Their daughter Adeline guarantees a sixth generation. The company started in 1850. They are located east of Aulnay, making them the only ‘bouilleur de cru’ in the bons bois region north of the fins bois that I know of.
The family owns 23 hectares of vineyard in the bons bois and they distill themselves.
