Domaine des Grandes Jouberteries, bouilleur de Cru in Péreuil (fins bois)

Vincent Merle’s great-grandfather, Joseph Merle, started his business here in 1913. The family owns approximately 12 hectares in the Fins bois area. The warehouse and distillery was originally a little further away at Chadennes, but was moved a few years ago by Vincent and his father Jean to the main location in Les Jouberteries.

Range (fins bois): VS, VSOP, Napoléon, Vieille Réserve.
