Raymond Desse, bouilleur de cru in Ségonzac (grande champagne)
Raymond Desse’s family has been in winegrowing for several generations and he himself has been producing cognac for over thirty years. He owns 12 hectares in the grande champagne, planted mainly with Ugni Blanc and Colombard. He sells half of his production to Rémy Martin and Bisquit (permanent contracts).
