Jean-Claude Danjou, bouilleur de Cru in Goux, Pérignac (petite champagne)

The Danjou family has been active in wine growing for four generations now. Stanislas and Jessica have taken over from Jean-Claude and Monique Danjou in 2006. They own 45 hectares of vineyard in the petite champagne.
Stanislaus Danjou is also a grower of grape plants (pépiniériste) with his company Poly-Viti. Interesting if you want to know more about the grafting of vines.They distil themselves since Noë, Jean-Claude’s father, installed a still.
