Boutinet, bouilleur de Cru in Bréville (fins bois)

The familiy owns Le Brissonneau for more than two centuries now. They have 27 hectares of vineyard, planted with ugni blanc, colombard and a few other varieties for making pineau.
Bernard Boutinet started selling cognacs under his own name for more than twenty years ago. Now Pierre Boutinet is the head of the firm.

Besides the normal gamma, he also produces a series of millésimes that are low on wood flavours and have a very light  colour.

Gamma (fins bois): Cognac & Cigars, VS, VSOP, Napoléon , XO, Extra.
Millésimes: 1988, 1990, 1993 and 1995.

Update January 2022: they have stopped altogether.
