Lycée Saint Antoine in Saint Genis de Saintonge (bons bois)

Deze agrarische school lijkt zich steeds meer op paardrijden en paardverzorging te richten, maar ze maken en verkopen ook cognac. Voorheen heetten ze École d’Agriculture Saint Antoine, tegenwoordig heten ze voluit Lycée d’Enseignement Agricole Privé Saint Antoine.
