Hello,
From my Great-Uncle’s home (he had died in 1969) – I discovered a 5`/2fl oz of VOP Martell – is there a value to keeping it or selling it please?
Many thanks
Hille
How much fl.oz? I have never seen a 5 1/2 fl.oz. bottle before.
But a 12 fl.oz. bottle would bring maybe €40-50. If you would wait long enough, the price will get up, but you won’t get rich of course 😉
Could you send me a better picture of the bottle? I’ll send an e-mail to facilitate.
Thanks in advance,
Ton
Thanks Ton,
Have sent another picture by email – meanwhile it is, I believe, the same as this illustration here on the site

Many thanks
Kind regards

Not quite, because this one is 11,5 fluid ounce and yours is 5,5!
Hi Stan,
With a proper filling level these three star miniatures often fetch only around 10-20 euro. But in this condition someone must be very desperate to get this one in his collection to even bid on it.
On the other hand don´t be surprised to find empty bottles (not necessarily Martel) for sale on ebay for 15 euro or so. But these are not easily sold. They are there for months, sometimes years.
I hope this answers your question.
By the way, I would like to have a decent frontal photo of this bottle to put on my page…
I will send an e-mail to make it easier to send a bigger format photo.
Kind regards,
Ton
We have found a wooden case of Martell 1/16 pint bottles that have not been opened. The Angels Share is about 1/2 of a bottle. Any idea on value?
