Introduction

Founded by Honoré Fillioux in 1880 on the La Pouyade estate. They have always been, and still are, bouilleurs de Cru.
They are closely related to the maîtres de Chai of Hennessy.
Emblems that are in use are the one with the coq (the rooster) that you can see in the banner above and the cep (the vine). A simpelere version of the rooster is also used.
