[not to be confused with Peyrat in Cognac]

The company is run by Jean-François Rault, whose family is in the wine-growing and cognac business since 1705. It is now a fully biological company and they are proud to only produce 100% organic cognacs. It is not fully clear of only wines of their own provenance are used or if they also buy wines from other producers.
They make blends. They are located in the fins bois area but use petite champagne and possibly other crus in their blends.
